Jennie Wade House Gettysburg, PA
In October of 2011, TRUTH got to Gettysburg and do an investigation of the Jennie Wade house. She was the only civilian killed during the battle of Gettysburg. The original house still stands along with the two doors that a stray confederate bullet passed through which killed her. The original bread tray that she was using when she got shot is on display in the Kitchen area of the house. This is considerd the 6th most haunted house in america according to the Travel Channel and this is also an area the Ghost Adventure team investigated. We did get some EVP's. One said,"Thank You", and two more were picked up in the kitchen area but we were unable to make out what it was saying. Also in the basement area a couple investigators saw a chain swing and pick up momentum. They were unable to recreate it. Definetly an interesting place to see and Gettysburg in a whole is just an awsome piece of history with all that took place there with the Civil War. Everyone should visit it.
Soldiers Museum/ Old Orphanage, Gettysburg, PA
Also while in Gettysburg TRUTH investigated the Old Orphange/ Soldiers Museum. Many children were orphaned from the war and an orphange was set up in 1866. It was run by a lady from Portville, NY whose husband was killed during the battle. She eventually remarried and moved on at which time a Rosa Charmichael took over the orphange. Rosa was extremely cruel and abusive to the children. She would lock them up for days in a pit in the basement without food or water. She had older kids beat up the little kids and also locked kids up at night in the outhouse in the middle of winter. She eventually was found guilty of abuse and was fined and was ask to leave town. Know one knows what happened to her afterwards. It has alot of potential to be haunted. It does have some 'Theatrical" elements to it to help enhance the ghost tours and sit ins while people are visiting, but once that part is put aside we did find a few things on our equipment. Some EVP'S were caught saying." Trip..owl" which we have know idea what that may mean, a grown may have been caught, along with a female voice responding to guestioning. Know words could be made out other than it was a female voice.
The Gettysburg Museum of History
The TRUTH team also stopped at The Gettysburg Museum of History while in Gettysburg. Definetly something everyone should see if visiting the area. It is free to get in and there are many artifacts from the battle along with a WW II exibit and memoribilia from past Presidents, including JFK. The Museum and Curator were also on an episode of American Pickers. The Museum is a must see!!!!

Little Round Top
This is an awsome view looking down from Little Round Top towards the Devils Den. This was the view of the Union troops. The Union almost didn't gain control of this important area of the battle. Many deaths took place in this area. The park stays open til 10:00 pm and many thrill seekers are around trying to catch a picture or experience something paranormal.
